This week on Outland with Curs (09/10/11)

It's been a busy weekend in WoW, below the details:

Passing through Deepholm getting towards revered with Therazane, my warlock got up 2 levels to 84, 1 to go, most likely next weekend.

I did an achievement run in ICC25 on my Death Knight, leaving the heroic fights for next week to get the Reins of the Icebound Frostbrood Vanquisher.
On the same run i was able to do Unholy Infusion quest done. But got stuck on the Blood infusion quest  due to dc of the first vampire... which was a bit unfortunate.
A person in the raid made a funny quote on vent: "Lich King does look like Darth Vader in a strange way". I giggled :-)

The Cursed, guild of which I'm leader of, got to level 15 this weekend.

Also it seems we are a bunch of guild gankers now:

Transmogrification for my Warlock

While it isn't easy for me to choose between 2 sets for my shaman, I feel it's even harder for my warlock.
I raided much longer/more tiers with my lock and i generally really like the sets.

Tier1: Felheart

The options:
My first option is also the first tier set, the Felheart set.
It's the first raiding set, and who doesn't have great memories to his or her first raiding experience.
Even now people still farm MC, mostly for legendaries though but still its a fun place.

Tier2: Nemesis

My second option would be Nemesis, tier 2.
I really liked the heads on the shoulders and with the green and purple colors it really looked like a warlock set (all of my choices do)

Tier 5: Corrupter

My next option is the Corrupter set. I looks really cool with the spikes and the skull on it on the shoulders.
Another cool thing is that it has a sword, Tempest of Chaos, that goes with it.

Tier 6: Malefic

 My last option from my raiding past with my warlock is the Malefic set.
It looks really cool with the wings and all too bad they disappear and they don't flap all that offten.






I currently have Tier 1 and Tier 6 in my bank. Unfortunately i deleted/sold the other 2 sets.
I think I'm going to start with the Felheart set for now, but I'd really like to obtain the Corruptor set.



As for the weapons my warlock is pretty much the only one I immediately decided what to take.
As staff I want: Zhar'doom, Greatstaff of the Devourer

And as sword I like: Tempest of Chaos

Transmogrification for my Shaman

I'm kinda doubting between two sets.
Either T6 Skyshatter or T2 Ten Storms

Tier 6: Skyshatter

Tier 2: Ten Storms

Mostly I'm leaning towards to Skyshatter set because it holds some memories of raiding BT/MH aswell.

On the other hand Ten Storms looks awesome aswell with the wolves and the lighting on the shoulders.
Also I never really show the helm, with The Ten Storms i actually could because it only adds some sort of small masks and lights up the eyes which is pretty cool. (It doesn't do that on the screenshot though)

What is your opinion, what should I take?

Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros

The Eye of Sulfuras dropping for me last weekend, it was only a matter of time before I would get the hammer  Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros .

After some trouble transferring Blood of the Mountain due to bots on the neutral AH (losing 8 of them) and some useless conversation with a GM about it, I finally got a guildie (Hammerstorm) creating my Sulfuron Hammer.

Below the Achievement and a screenshot of me wielding the hammer.

My 2nd legendary is a fact. (I already got Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker on my paladin).

Hello again,

Most of them have a similar look, bit of recoloring. So not that much choice as the sword to pick from.
I find it kinda disappointing as I really like weapons that sheath on the back of the character.

I guess I'm getting a Frost Giant's Cleaver

Magmaw Heroic Paladin POV

Transmogrification for the DK

I've been thinking about what to get for my DK once patch 4.3 hits.
I was thinking about getting a judgement set recolored.
Imo it looks pretty cool on a tauren


All of the items in the Judgement recolor set are from level 70 normal and heroic dungeons. The farming process is easily soloable by a level 85 character, but it is potentially very time consuming to gather the entire set, due to daily heroic lockouts.

Shoulders – Justice Bearer’s Pauldrons (BoP from Omor the Unscarred in Heroic Ramparts at a 16% drop rate)

While finishing up my earlier this week started weekly MC run on my Death Knight , I found out I had a happy ending waiting.

Eye of Sulfuras was waiting for me.
I'm kind of unprepared for this one, so it'll take me some time to get the mats for it.
